We had an amazing stay at this stunning historic building. the room was beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous painted ceiling that made it hard to take your eyes off. the modern interior design and renovation were flawless. the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant city life from our balcony. the apartment was spacious, with two separate rooms, a large bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. the host even provided welcome drinks and a freshly baked cake. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend Palazzo Caratozzolo for a memorable stay. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Caratozzolo during my trip to Agrigento. The hotel proved to be a convenient choice for transit as it is located near the nearest airport, just 115 km away. This made it easy for me to catch my early morning flight without any hassle. the hotel is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, including restaurants and shops.

The hot water in the shower room was not as hot as I would have liked.

During my stay at Palazzo Caratozzolo, I was impressed with the provided database, which had an extensive collection of information about local attractions and activities to explore in Agrigento. It was incredibly helpful in planning my itinerary and discovering hidden gems in the area. the room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, allowing me to unwind and enjoy the picturesque scenery.

One minor downside was the lack of complimentary amenities in the hotel. Everything in the kitchen or refrigerator came with a fee, including coffee and bottled water.

Terrific location, close to train and bus station, park, shops, and restaurants. Easy walking distance to old town sights. Nearby bus stops for the seashore and Valley of the Temples.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

The location was perfect as it was close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout my stay.

The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decorations and high ceilings. It was also impeccably clean, which was a huge plus for us. We loved how close it was to both the train and bus stations, making it very convenient for exploring the area. And one of the best features was the two cute little balconies where we could relax and enjoy the surrounding views.

One thing that we didn't particularly like was the temperature of the hot water in the shower room. It was only warm, which made it difficult to take a good shower.

My stay at Palazzo Caratozzolo was exceptional. I got great value for my money with a spacious and beautifully restored apartment, complete with a comfortable bed and the biggest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. The location was excellent, offering breathtaking views from the windows and convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff, particularly the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to store our suitcases after check-out. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in the area.

The only improvement I would suggest for the morning meal is to provide complimentary coffee or bottled water.
